Agreeing to these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Summit Bridge World. By opening and using the site you accept them. If any part does not sit right with you, the fair course is simply not to use the experience.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 years old. By entering you confirm that you are an adult and that using an adults-only entertainment experience is lawful where you live. We may restrict or end access where we reasonably believe this requirement is not met.
What the service is
Summit Bridge World is a social entertainment experience. It is provided for enjoyment only. It is not gambling, it is not a betting service, and it is not a financial product. There is no wagering of money, there are no deposits or withdrawals, there are no cash prizes, and there is no financial risk of any kind. Any outcome within the experience is for entertainment and predicts nothing about activities that do involve money.
Virtual credits
The experience runs on virtual credits. These are a play mechanic and nothing more. They have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, cannot be redeemed, exchanged or transferred, and confer no ownership or entitlement. We may adjust, reset or withdraw virtual credits at any time, as they are not property and carry no value to lose.
Using it fairly
Please use the site as intended. You agree not to interfere with its operation, attempt to break its security, misuse it to harm others, or use automated means to abuse it. You also agree not to present the experience to anyone as though it were gambling or a way to win money, because it is neither.
What belongs to us
The name Summit Bridge World, the writing, the artwork, the layout and the code of this site are ours or used with permission. You may enjoy them as a visitor, but you may not copy, resell or repurpose them without our written agreement.
Availability
We aim to keep the experience running smoothly, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of faults. We may change, pause or retire parts of it, and because nothing here holds monetary value, doing so costs you nothing.
No warranties
The experience is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for any particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Summit Bridge World is not liable for any loss arising from your use of a free entertainment experience that involves no money. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to resupplying the experience or the reasonable cost of doing so.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of Australia. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force. For anything about these terms, write to support@summitbridgeworld.com.
